What size are the stretch beaded bracelets?

All of my beaded bracelets are handcrafted onto strong stretch elastic to a size of 18cm-19cm designed to fit most wrists. If you require a custom size, either add it into the notes along with your order or contact me via the contact page on this website or email me at [email protected] and I can create your perfect bracelet.


How will my order be wrapped?

Beautiful packaging is super important to me as much as it is you. Every single jewellery order comes gift wrapped (by me!) and includes an eco-friendly Wild Rose gift box - perfect for gifting to your loved ones.


How long does delivery take?

Every order is made and shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked Service within 2-3 business days.

As I am currently based in Gibraltar, please allow some extra time if you are ordering from the UK or elsewhere overseas. As a guide, orders from Gibraltar to the UK take on average 1-2 weeks so please bear this in mind if you are ordering a gift for someone.

If you're based locally, I will be in touch to arrange delivery (my lovely husband, David AKA Mr Wild Rose does my deliveries).


How much does delivery cost?

If you're based in the UK or here in Gibraltar then delivery is absolutley FREE! For anywhere else, the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.


Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutley! Wherever you are in world, Wild Rose will ship to you.


Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Protecting our lovely planet is hugely important to me and my family. All of my packaging and gift boxes are 100% recyclable.


What is the jewellery made out of?

Unless stated otherwise in the item description, every piece of jewellery is made with high quality sterling silver. This is so that I can guarantee your new favourite jewellery will be luxurious, durable and hypoallergenic.


Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every Wild Rose order comes beautifully wrapped, ready for gifting. You can choose to add a personalised gift message in the notes section when you checkout.


Can I get a refund?

If there is a problem with your order and you wish to return it. Simply contact me at [email protected] and I will give you instructions on how to return.

Please note that shipping cost is covered by the customer and must be returned via tracked service as I can not be held responsible for lost packages.

Returned items must be in their original packaging.
